Meating Place

While in Sydney we visited the suburb of Woollahra and fell upon one of the most incredible butcher shops we have ever seen during our travels.

Victor Churchill is a temple of meat, literally. Cowhide wrapped walls behind glass, a "cold room" even Dexter would envy, and floor to ceiling Himalayan Salt Brick.

Designed by Michael McCann of Dreamtime Australia Design, this a must see while in Sydney.
